June has just begun and already we are under attack by the emotional ballads and fiery bangers released. Add to this the longer than usual list of soulful OSTs and you have got a full force army of tracks to face 😉

Check out the list below and face their power head on!

      1. TWICE – ‘More & More’

The queens are back again looking like the angelic, beautiful nymphs of the forest!

With the aesthetic jungle theme persisting throughout the four-minute track, this tropical pop track banks itself on the refreshing vocals and climatic, dubstep-based dance breaks in between to draw the  listeners’ in and make them imagine being in a jungle too. The gorgeous queens not only look swoon-worthy and ethereal but also establish a fashion statement with their trend-setter outfits!

      2. TXT – ‘PUMA’

West side, east side or just “Wild Side” 😉

This groovy track is not only based on a much darker, alluring theme than what TXT has ever focused on before but also blends the vocals, visuals and even dance routine to show the animalistic, stealthy nature of the song and the title name itself. They embody the characteristics of the Puma and tell its story of how it tasted freedom for only a couple hours after it escaped in 2018 from the Daejeon zoo in South Korea, before the zoo authorities shoot and kill it. The darker concept definitely suits them too!

      3. Sik-K, pH-1, Jay Park, Haon – ‘GANG Remix’

Get yourself a gang like the H1GHR MUSIC GANG!

Remixing the song, Gang by veteranRain which has been an invaluable meme material for many and spitting witty bars on its original tuning, mixed with goofy dance moves parodying the original track, is a genius of an idea that no-one other than the H1GHR GANG would have come up with xD

Making Rain come out and dance alongside them also shows the level of humor that H1GHR Gang and even Rain has as he decides to not take this too seriously. So, hats off to Rain as well!

This track has got me firing off a Mayday!

From the whole darker concept which starts with the whispery chants and eerie music playing in the beginning to the sweet as honey vocals transition into the reading poetry-like low, husky rap and the powerful, alluring dance moves, Mayday is surely the Supreme era of VICTON that attacks the very soul of the listeners’ and leaves them spellbound and speechless!

      9. Punchnello – ‘Us (feat. Meenoi)’

Reminiscing about the past and relaxing our insecure minds with Punchnello and sweet-voiced Meenoi 🙂

Sporting xylophone-type instrumentals and airy beats, Us is a track that talks about the insecurities of one partner in a couple of separation and the comforting role of the other and reaching an understanding through their talk. AOMG-signed Punchnello and Meenoi’s styles fuse perfectly in this track to convey their feelings and seem to lead us to the reminiscing past roots of Punchnello and maybe even our own selves.
