19 Kpop Merch stores from India have come together and took up a donation project namely #YOU_NEVER_WALK_ALONE. There is no minimum amount for donation, the drive is open until, 21st April, 2020. The donation will be done in the name of Indian K-pop Fans and to “PM CARES Fund”. Also, as a token of appreciation the stores will each give away merch from their stores!

Most idols have at least one cause they publicly support, and that support can result in their entire fandom following through with donations and fundraising projects.

The giving power of Kpop fandoms is a factor that will always set them apart. Apart from the following donation drives in India, we have all witnessed Kpop stars and fandoms coming together at such a time of distress.

Kang Daniel, BTS’ Suga, Astro’s Cha Eun-woo, IU, Apink’s Son Na-eun, Girls’ Generation’s Yoona, Zico and more have donated generously by offering masks and monetary assistance to Korean charities and NGOs.

After Suga’s donation, about 11,000 BTS fans followed suit and donated half a million won. Kang Daniel’s fans also donated 5.12 million won for the corona-virus relief.

We shall all do our best to eradicate this pandemic by taking the right preventive measures, by contributing as much as we can and help each other through these tough times. Together we will win this battle! Fighting!
